The Hive: Enhancing the Student-Centred Experience

London, ON – On August 17th, Brescia University College opened the doors of its new integrated student-service centre – The Hive.  This centrally located hub, designed to enhance the student experience by consolidating key services in one location, will provide students with efficient access to all essential services, such as: Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Student Fees, Admission and Registration, and Student Programming.

“The Hive will be the first point of contact for our students, which will allow us to efficiently facilitate all of their academic and personal inquiries,” explains Marianne Simm, Vice Principal Students. “Our Hive staff has been cross-trained in all areas and is ready to support the diverse needs of our students.”

Dr. Donna Rogers, Interim Principal, is pleased with this important opening, noting, “At Brescia, students have always been at the centre of everything we do. We are confident that consolidating all student services in one location will make a positive impact on the daily lives of our active students and is seamlessly aligned with Brescia’s mission of creating a student-centred community.”

The Hive is located in the Mother St James Memorial Building. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday:  8:30am -12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
