Occurring Wednesday, January 30th, Bell Let’s Talk at Brescia will include information booths, activities, complimentary food and give-aways.

Spearheaded by Brescia’s Wellness Education Peers (WEPs), a team of student “mental health champions”, the Bell Let’s Talk at Brescia event is designed to encourage open discussion of mental health and wellness in an effort to reduce the stigma people experience with mental health concerns. Brescia’s event will feature information booths from: Brescia University College Students’ Council, jack.org, SNAP and the Care Program. It will also include wellness activities; an on-site photo booth; complimentary food and a give-away of the iconic Bell Let’s Talk Day toques.

On Wednesday, January 30th, Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will contribute 5 cents to Canadian mental health programs for every text, mobile and long distance call made on the Bell network, tweet using #BellLetsTalk, social media video view or use of the Facebook frame or Snapchat filters.
